Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Trackable service with delivery notifications

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium performance apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is required
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging with all tags and labels included
  4. Ship your return to:

    (Include your RMA number clearly on the package)

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error
  • You’ll receive email notification when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange
  2. Specify the new item, size, and color desired
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay the difference for more expensive items or receive a refund for less expensive items)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
  • You can choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
