Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Regat Clothing Shop, we stand behind our premium activewear with the same commitment to quality that goes into every stitch of our performance apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item arrives defective or damaged. This is our only product category with return restrictions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval and instructions. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return to our address at:

    Be sure to include your RMA number clearly on the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the new item/size/color desired
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
  • You can choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
