We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
Pro Tip: Order before 2pm GMT for same-day processing on business days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Standard Shipping includes full tracking, while Free Standard Shipping includes basic tracking.

We offer a hassle-free returns policy. You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
